Just finished up a crowlering run of our new Dunkelweizen, Alvara! It clocks in at 6.5% with a light, effervescent mouthfeel and notes of clove, banana bread, and spice. Happy holidays! 🍻

The brewery's got a new beer dog: Mo(saic)! Friendly as heck pupper who sweet as can be. Come say hi! Also! Still got around 40ish crowlers of Bonnie plus plenty of Alvara and Melody w/ Peaches. Expecting we'll run out of Bonnie by tonight. Cheers! 🍻

Due to the incoming storm, Cold Creek Brewery will be closed tomorrow, Jan 4th. NOTE: Cold Creek TAVERN will still be open with normal hours. We will make an announcement if we decide to close or alter tomorrow's hours for our Tavern location. Stay safe, everyone!

Goodness, it's been cold. We need something to help warm us up. A 9.2% Russian Imperial Stout should do the trick, yeah? Introducing Natasha! We taste subtle notes of cocoa with a soft, roasty bite. Same limits as always. Enjoy! 🍺

The first of a few new brews transfered and "brightening" up as we rinse its fermenter. We've got a couple more Progressives, an English Mild, and a few other surprises on the way. We'll keep you posted. 🍺

Tomorrow, we're releasing a Pale Ale exclusively hopped with Falconer's Flight, Progressive #7! We taste an burst of fruitiness up front with a resiny, piney finish. Hints of lemon/lime zest linger on the pallette. Doors open at 1pm. Enjoy. 🍺

Today, we've got a traditional, 3.6% English mild brew for you: Hermione! A light, easy-drinking, malt-forward beer with a low hop profile. We taste a carmel-sweetness upfront followed by a mild nuttiness with hints of plum and raisin. Cheers. 🍻

This Wednesday, we'll be dropping a new brew: Progressive #8! A soft New England style IPA brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops. At 7.5% we taste peaches, with subtle notes of pear and bubblegum. Doors open at 1pm. Four crowler or two crowler/1 growler limit pp. Cheers. 🍻

This Wednesday, we'll be releasing our assistant brewers', Andrew and Ross's, first recipe: "I Remember My First Beer! " "I Remember My First Beer" is a 5.5% New England Pale Ale packed with CONNook (from Smokedown Farm in Sharon, CT), Amarillo, and Cascade hops. Cheers!

This Wednesday, Feb. 20th, we'll be releasing a new and exciting twist on our Progessive series! Progressive #9 sits at 6.2%, bursting with strong topical fruit aromas of pineapple, melon, and papaya with flavors of peach, honeydew, and candied fruits. Enjoy. 🍻

Today we're bringing you the newest iteration in one of our favorite styles of beers: Tavern Blonde #3! Soft, creamy sweetness exites the taste buds, followed with a mild fruitiness and earthy spice. An easy-drinking Blonde Ale at 4.2%!
