I’m reading a #jets story in a NY paper about them being right about moving on from Sam Darnold. One question. Does coaching matter? In 2018 his OC was Jeremy Bates and in 2019-20 it was Dowell Loggains. Top NFL OC’s? Not even close. Few succeed without good coaching.

I know this is revisionist history, but had the #raiders had the foresight to hire Klint Kubiak as their HC last year after firing Pierce, Sam Darnold would have signed with Vegas and the lost season of Pete Carroll and Geno Smith would have never happened. Live and learn I guess

(3) With all that said, four very worthy candidates were chosen to be enshrined in the PFHOF. In fact everyone chosen this year were very worthy of the honor. They need better a process where worthy people who’ve been passed over in the past because of poor rules get in sooner.

After watching Klint Kubiak’s play calling last night, I now know the #raiders are getting a brilliant offensive minded HC. As for our former HC, Josh McDaniels, he called an embarrassingly bad game. We’re on to 2026!

As a #Raiders fan, my reaction is🤮. We did the same thing with Khalil Mack. How did that work out? Our GM had an awful first draft, signed FA OG Cappa last year, cut him today. Signed FA LB Pratt in June and cut him in October. Zero confidence in Spytek. Please prove me wrong
