Honored to having been selected as the “Heart of a Wildcat” Award recipient at our end of season banquet. Also, humbled to being recognized as 4A SIC All-Conference Second Team as DB and receiving an Honorable Mention as WR.

"Just because a guy is gifted athletically doesn't mean he wants to be great. All he wants to do is survive." Average is default. But greatness? That’s a choice. Greatness isn’t found in your DNA—it’s found in your decisions.

Great players don't desire the star role. Great players focus on starring in the role that their team needs. Most players want to be the best, but many fail to figure out how to be the best at what the team needs to win.

Nick Saban nailed it. - Entitlement gets you nothing. - Excuses get you nothing. - Lack of effort gets you nothing. Show up. Lock in. Do the work. “No Deposit - No Return.”

“Be responsible for your own self determination. You’ve gotta earn it. Don’t look at somebody else - don’t blame somebody else- you be responsible and have accountability for what your job is and what you need to do.” If you don’t own it, you will never earn it.

"When you get to the game, everybody wants to win.  Everybody wants to play well.  It's what did you do to get to the game?  How did you prepare?  How did you practice?  What kinds of habits did you create?" Games are played on game day, but games are won in practice.

High school graduation has come and gone, and my Senior Track & Field season has come to an end too. Not the results I was expecting due to injury but still managed to improve my 100M PR, and was also able to help coach my fellow teammates. Off to college now! #Wildcat Forever!
