With only a few days until the election, it’s all hands on deck. I’m doing another loop through MO so my wife, Jana, spoke on my behalf at the SWMO Conservative Network Meeting. I’m told she brought down the house and even had someone ask her when she is going to run for office.

Yesterday I visited the Boone County Republicans Headquarters with my friend Representative Cheri Toalson Reisch. Boone County is excited and ready for Tuesday’s Primary Election!

I spent some time this week knocking doors in St. Charles County with my good friend Phil Christofanelli who is running for State Senate.

We had a great group join us for our Super Saturday GOTV! It was a perfect day for knocking doors. We talked to hundreds of voters in support of our State Treasurer campaign along with Vanessa Bruton for Jasper County Treasurer and Cathy Jo Loy for State Repesentative.

Sometimes I think the Democrats say it best about my time as Budget Chair. But it’s not the government’s money. It’s your hard-earned money. And you deserve a State Treasurer who understands that government must live within its means, not go on spending sprees.

Every year I wonder what I could/should say about 9/11. I always come back to Todd Beamer. May we never forget those lost on 9/11 and especially the heroes who gave their lives to save others. I truly believe there will always be more good amongst the evil. “Let’s roll!”
