More recently at Square @rjrjr and Fuck Elon Musk have been working on Workflow: github.com/square/workflow It's not driven by Views, and our engineers genuinely enjoy writing (& testing) business logic in UI less state machines. And yes, a backstack is just another state machine.

My biggest request for iOS 14: write-only photo library permissions. I shouldn’t have to give perpetual read-write permission for an app to save a photo, often only once or twice.

This is brilliant. Kicking myself for not thinking of this before. So simple.

I can’t tell you how many interview processes I’ve gone all the way through, on-sites, paid work examples, etc., that did not provide any feedback at the end. Not only do you feel defeated and drained, but are also left with nothing but questions and insecurities.
