Making another batch of St Crispin today, this one is 11 days old and I’d quite happily buy it as it is, we’ll give it another 50 odd days though so it’s wonderfully oozing out, that’s a 1000 litres of raw jersey milk in the vat, I’ll be making some 1kg Bries today 😁😁😊
