You would never see in developing countries aluminium cans littering our environment, as this type of waste can be turned into money. These cans are among the most recycled items worldwide, yet I've come across many of them discarded in our environment in the #UnionCanal London

32 is the number of aluminium cans I collected on my last run along the Grand Union Canal. Why are so many highly recyclable (AND VALUABLE!) materials thrown into our environment? Why is it not easy to exchange aluminium cans for cash in London? Canal & River Trust
