Today was @RidgeviewMS_AP birthday and I just want to let everyone know how awesome and amazing she is! AYCE crabs for dinner, but I couldn’t smash the whip cream in her face so Nate got it instead!! Love you babe 🥰

The Baltimore Orioles won the AL East and notched their 100th won tonight. Lost 110 two years ago. This is fantastic and I haven’t been this pumped in such a long time. Oh, and they signed a new 30 year lease at Camden Yards!! Special team doing big things. Let’s go O’s!!

So according to everyone today wishing me a happy birthday, I have officially reached old man status at 40! Happy to say I don’t have: old man smell, all white new balances, my socks pulled all the way up, or tuck my shirt in my shorts!!! 40 is the new 20!

So proud of Maddie! After coaching the Clearspring ES Girls on the Run group, we ran our 5k today. Maddie, @RidgeviewMS_AP, Aunt Emily and I completed the race with Maddie running her 5k best time of 33:35. So proud of her and her hard work!!
