Ball screen sets against zone defense help stimulate penetration if you're team is getting too stagnant "Louisville" features a ball screen into a "one more" option with a crack screen on the back end

Circle Motion | Basic Basic is when the big sprints the long cut into the side ball screen It is a great way to get the screen defender to arrive late to the ball screen

After mastering the basic sequence (down screen, butt cut, long cut), you can weave in different cuts to burn the defense... Like a SLIP The Circle Motion Offense

Using the “Wide Lane Figure 8 Drill” is a great early warmup before 5 v 5 work. Players run wide, touch sideline at mid court, use jump stops & no dribbles to time their passes for no travels. Start left pass for lefty lay ups & right side for easier right handed ones.

Dribbling directly into a triple trap would not be my recommendation to defeat a 1-3-1 half court trap I like: 2-1-2 alignment, early reverse, engage with the dribble, make two consecutive zipped passes

Shot selection is a delicate balance against the Villanova 1-2-2 Press A lot of teams settle for below average shots early in possessions feeling like they need to punish the press

Zone Offense… If you get a: -MIDDLE TOUCH -BASELINE TOUCH -And a SKIP PASS In a single possession, you will find an open shot 97.4% of the time
