ABSOLUTELY crushing it!! Softball has been absolutely dialed in this offseason in the weight room. These ladies have attacked these weights and been really pushing it. This is just one example (of many) of consistently getting after it!!

Great day getting to talk all things HS Strength & Conditioning at the University of Cincinnati Exercise Science Expo!

Keeping good shoulder health during the season for the Baseball guys while also pushing increases in performance. Paired this “Row” & Ext. Rotation with heavy Neutral Grip Pull Ups. Starting 10’s (multiple PR’s) and RDL’s are how the session started!

Boys & Girls Soccer killing it w/ our Acceleration work! A handful of new movements added to this phase and they did a great job being dialed in. We got some things to fix with the Prowler Sprints but awesome Day 1 of these. These teams get hungrier by the day! Loveland Women’s Soccer
