Tonight Barking and Dagenham Council awarded Honorary Freedom of the Borough to The Dagenham Girl Pipers. They will always be part of the fabric of #Dagenham. Well deserved. 🙌 I picked this up recently in a charity shop so my little one can hear the Girl Pipers play for years to come! 🥁

Great to speak with business leaders, researchers & learners at Barking and Dagenham Council Adult College & share insights from our research into the barriers faced by Pakistani & Bangladeshi women in accessing good work. Collective action is key to creating a fairer job market for all.
