Never made braised orange beef shank before. Trying to follow a recipe to the letter. The combo of fresh orange zest and thyme is excellent but I have no idea what it will taste like. It's about 200° temp, the recipe and others say 3 hrs. Ish for tender beef. An experiment 😋
