I was listening to a sports talk show today. They said that the new Lakers coach had to gain LeBron's trust. That is giving him tooooo much power. He is the player, im the coach. Conform to my system. They have 12 other players. It used to be that way when I played.

The Park Hill Girls went to State and brought home a Championship in the class 5 4x400 meter relay. They executed a perfectly ran race. Almost beat the record that they set last year. So proud if them. My daughter Caleia place 4th in the 400 open and 5th in the 200 open.

All American status. Finished 7 in the nation in the 200 meter run at the National AAU Club Championship games. Finished 16 in the nation in the 400 meter run. Add this to 2 time All State Championship in the 4x400 relay
