At Europe's Digital Pulse event, Cláudio Teixeira will underline what a Connect Europe survey shows: that consumers are complaining about price increases, barriers to switching providers & a lack of competition in certain national markets. More operators, not fewer, would help!

As consumer, it’s concerning to see the kind of “simplification” that Connect Europe thinks their customers want (and deserve): fewer rights, less clarity, weaker privacy and consumer protection. The Consumer Voice calls to uphold consumer rights in a sector where complaints lead the charts.
