"The true objects of our enjoyment are the Father, the Son & the Holy Spirit, who are at the same time the Trinity, one being, supreme above all & common to all who enjoy Him” - St Augustine

“To undo the bonds of sin & death the almighty Son of God, who fills all things & contains all things, wholly equal to the Father & coeternal in one essence from Him & with Him, took on human nature & the Creator & Lord of all things deigned to become a mortal.” - Leo the Great

“Does not God fill all things? Does not His majesty fill heaven and earth? Yet when using human language we can say: heaven is His throne and the earth His footstool. What space can enclose Him? Or what house has room for Him?” - St Cyril of Alexandria

“He himself is within all things, outside all things, above all things, and beneath all things. He is above by virtue of His power and beneath by virtue of His forbearance; without by his greatness, and within by his intangibility.” - St Gregory the Great

“The universe is held together by the power and reason of God as by a single soul. This truth, I believe, is set forth in the Holy Scripture in words spoken by the prophet: “Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the LORD (Jer 23:24)” - Origen of Alexandria

“God is an abundant and unfailing fountain from which flow all good things, a river of blessings, an eternal light of unceasing splendor, an invincible power who sympathizes with our infirmities, whose name we speak with awe.” - St Cyril of Jerusalem

“These passages show that God is at once transcendent and immanent, in all things and embracing all things. He does not sit on a throne that can hold him, yet he holds all things in the palm of his hand.“ - St Jerome

“He is not above in one part, below in another, outside of one, inside of another. Rather, He remains the same, wholly everywhere, sustaining in ruling, ruling in sustaining, penetrating in encompassing, encompassing in penetrating.” - St Gregory the Great

“[T]he entire universe, with all its parts, is ordained towards God as its end, inasmuch as it imitates, as it were, and shows forth the Divine goodness, to the glory of God” - St Thomas Aquinas

“The passion of Christ set a snare, as it were, for the power of death, and the Lord’s death was the source of renewal to incorruptibility and newness of life.” - St Cyril of Alexandria

“The divine Scriptures teach us to believe in Him who was crucified, died and raised from the dead, not as someone besides God the Word who dwells in the flesh.” - St Cyril of Alexandria

Impassability doesn't mean God has no passions, but that creation cannot "trigger" his passions. Nothing can make Him love you less/more. That is good news! And God as Being Itself follows from creatio ex nihilo; His existence isn't derived from anything; He's His own existence.

“The Word of God the Father is life by nature. He raises; he does not fall. He destroys death; he is not overcome by decay. He gives life to what lacks life; he himself does not seek life from another.” - St Cyril of Alexandria
