An article on the award-winning work of our pharmacy cardiology team has been published in the national Prescriber magazine. ‘Hypertension: a PCN Clinical Pharmacist-led intervention’ highlights how we find and proactively manage patients with hypertension.

Today I’ve been sharing some of my work to reduce healthcare inequalities at the national #CORE20Ambassador graduation event. Becoming an ambassador alumni is a huge privilege and I’m excited to support the next cohort as they embark on this exciting journey.
