Great morning at #KFHealthInequalities conference today! "How confident are you that the information you provide to communities is appropriate? Does it meet best practice guidance? Does it meet reading age? What’s stopping you from change?" Nottingham West Primary Care Network NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire South Nottinghamshire Place-Based Partnership

👏 Our first winner tonight is for the Health Inequalities Award, for South Nottinghamshire Place-Based Partnership Broxtowe Learning Disability Collaborative. They ran a series of Learning Disability Health and Wellbeing Roadshows to help improve outcomes and experiences of people with learning disabilities.

We couldn’t be more proud of what has been achieved by Broxtowe Learning Disability Collaborative, tonight’s award is both the icing on the cake and a stake in the ground to propel us on to achieve equity in access, experience and outcomes for everyone!
