Hate to say it! Been so disappointed to see as many sendings off as we have this Netball Super League season! Too much inconsistency/ subjectivity to the new ruling which (IMO) is causing players to (understandably) focus on clarity with umpires over being able to simply play netball 😖

Love this! The difference being… a coach who nails this = can still motivate an athlete to come back hungrier. A coach who doesn’t = can cause an athlete to lose faith and trust in the process! Such a key skill for coaches that I often feel gets overlooked!
