These highly skilled staff with an Oncology degree do not see their profession been recognised and valued and appreciated.

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiographers are so undervalued and an unhighlighted profession where they are constantly upskilling and upgrading their knowledge and skills to benifit patients yet never ask for recognition.

This is an excellent video on Advanced practice. In Ireland we are on the cusp of finally introducing AP. We need to seriously consider how we view the pillar of Education as it shouldn't revolve around MSc Education. #radiotherapy #advancedpractice #APRT
