Today on #HolocaustMemorialDay Clapton Commons stand with our neighbours to remember and grieve for and reflect on the millions of Jews and others murdered in the Holocaust, under Nazi Persecution, and in the genocides which followed in Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia, and Darfur.

We joined residents and councillors including Carole Williams (also on Blue Sky) Caroline Woodley and others with Hackney CVS at a vigil for Brianna Ghey this evening on the steps of Hackney Town Hall. We stand in solidarity with the trans community impacted.

Providing a #WarmWelcome space for people to come to is more than just about some soup & a cuppa, it’s about neighbourhood, relationships and building a network of support to create resilient communities that can withstand challenges like the #CostOfLivingCrisis #WeWelcome
