Residents of #Knowsley and #Liverpool will see the Phase 1 of the Home Office funded Clear, Hold, Build project. Known locally as EVOLVE, it will see us working with Knowsley Council Knowsley Community Safety Partnership and Liverpool City Council as well as residents to disrupt organised crime activity.
