Only 2 games this weekend but 2 excellent battling performances - yesterday the 3s recovered from 58/7 to win by 126 runs while today the 2s successfully defended 115 to win by 10 runs

Proud of these guys today, first proper game for the club after months/years of training on Monday nights. Thanks to Stephen Kenealy and Des from Leinster CC Est.1852 for hosting us this morning

Our 4s kept the hope of Div 10 title alive with a tense 2 wicket win over Leinster CC Est.1852 today. Need mother nature to play her part tomorrow to keep the dream alive 🤞

Unfortunately the 4s game v Clontarf Cricket Club is off today which means no chance to get the win that would claim the title. Very good season though, finished runners up after many excellent individual and team performances. Well done North Kildare CC on winning Div 10 👏👏

1s bring their title winning Div 4 season to an end with a tie against Rush Cricket Club 2s. Well done lads, great season and looking forward to playing in Championship next year

That wraps up a very successful season for the club with titles for 1s and 3s and promotion for 4s. 2s had effectively a playoff for promotion in Div 5 before eventually finishing 4th. 5s had a great second half of the season to finish 4th in Div 15. Well played everyone 👏🏆🏆🏏

Mr. Farooq is a senior player at the #Carlow Cricket Club. He suffered stroke during a match at Greystones Cricket Club. Since then he has been unable to work, has used up his savings but still needs to support his young family. Mr. Farooq needs our support. gofund.me/bac19484

Lovely to see these 2 young lads up for another season supporting Civil Service C.C 90 not out for John Doran this year, club president Fintan Butler a few runs behind. John's daughter provided the new comfy bench for them

Sorry to hear that Brian Masterson passed away during the week. Brian was a brilliant character to have around the club, a great competitor, wickedly funny and most of all a true gentleman. May he rest in peace
