I began my role as the 27th Dean of the University of Cincinnati Law School earlier this week. I would like to share my goals and vision for the law school with you.

Our 1L students, doing the hard work of building a culture of inclusion and belonging. I saw a lot of courage, and a lot of willingness to share and be vulnerable. I know how hard that can be. Proud of all of you. Special thanks to Daniel Juday for leading the group.

Faculty and staff coming together as a community on a Saturday morning to do a SWOT analysis. SO grateful to all who took the time. I learned a lot and we have a great base to move forward from now. Stay tuned, many big things ahead!!!!
