The Knox Central Bobcats Football team has had one constant on the sideline since the early 1980s. Coaches have come and gone. Players, too. But one figure — ball boy David Wininger — remains. The Bobcats honored his dedication and 500th career game on Friday, Aug. 30, 2024.
