Excited to share our new paper in @acta_physiol: SorCS2—involved in trafficking and synaptic signaling—is important for neurovascular coupling: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12… Whisker stim in Sorcs2 KO 🐭 led to ⬇️NVC, ⬇️astrocyte Ca²⁺ signals & disrupted glutamate receptor trafficking.
