Slightly freaked out by the Tsunami Warning Alarms going off in #Hawaii this morning & then the emergency broadcast system activating on the TV. Thankfully it turns out it is the monthly test, but to say it was close to a new underwear moment is an understatement #TsunamiWarning

Sadly my time in Hawaii is coming to an end. I feel so well, mentally and physically, the slower pace of life, relaxation and daily sea swimming is so nourishing. Mahalo Hawaii

Made a tactical error this evening, thinking that when I got home from work at 19:30 that it was ok to just chill for 5 mins, I clearly promptly fell fast asleep, and it’s now 01:40 and I am WIDE awake

Ovaltine, 20mg melatonin and a ZzzQuil, I am determined to get some proper sleep tonight #Insomnia
