My statement on Monday’s 2nd Amendment rally in Richmond:

My bill, HB 134, reported out of subcommittee today on an 8-0 vote! Happy to stand alongside ARC of Virginia and others looking out for those with developmental disabilities.

Today I introduced HB5019 to protect persons acting in good faith to stop the spread of Covid-19 from frivolous lawsuits. It's my hope that Democrats and Republicans can come together on this important issue.

Virginia’s watchdog agency gave the governor’s office a heads up it was about to release a report on alleged Parole Board misconduct under FOIA. Then came pushback, a delay and heavy redactions. virginiamercury.com/2020/11/23/red…
