More awful service from United Airlines - first holiday in 2+ years booked last week for April. Flights cancelled today, asked to do another connection, long layover, arrive at midnight. Total bait and switch, alternative options now significantly more expensive than when we booked.
Not even half way through our flight but serious shout out to the crew of #ei135 today, first time flying in 2+ years and they are making it a wonderful experience for all Aer Lingus
Really poor service from Cathay Pacific - my Mom due to fly through Hong Kong on Tuesday, during Typhoon Ragas. Change fees waived but not fare difference. Been told will get out of Heathrow, but no concern that she may end up stranded in Hong Kong in a typhoon!?!? Shameful
