One of the biggest lessons in startups: Things always take longer than you expect

Happy to announce that I’ve started on a new venture called Breyta.io with Jan Tore, Vegard, Behalf and the rest of the Breyta team! We’ve raised $2m in pre-seed to build a new CRM for modern teams that want to be more data-driven and collaborative.

It's very helpful to have a "recruiting" mindset when fundraising, treating investors as applicants and give weight to their individual background, how hungry they are, how fast they follow up etc.

One of the biggest misnomers about SaaS company building and GTM today: You are either product-led growth (PLG) or traditional enterprise sales. It is not that binary. It is possible to do both at the same time.

Product data is 10x more useful than website data in SaaS. Most people prioritize measuring website activity over the thing making revenue (the product).

This is where you should go if you're looking for early-stage $$. Easiest decision I've ever made to get them onboard and easiest investment I've ever made.
