Several NHS students and alumni, along with Mrs. Feazell, participated in the UWF Summer Festival Chorus this week under the direction of Dr. Peter Steenblik. It was a great week of singing with Eagles past and present!

Opus One performed for the first time yesterday at the AMRAAM reunion held at Eglin AFB. We are always glad to provide music for our military servicemen and women and are grateful for all they have done for our country.

Congratulations to our Niceville Chorus students who were selected for the Florida All-State Reading Chorus. This is the top chorus in the state, and out of 104 students selected, 11 are Eagles! Way to go!

We are so proud of our 22 Eagle singers selected for the All-State Chorus. They will join other musicians from around the state to perform at the 2024 FMEA professional development conference.

These 21 Eagles represented Niceville wonderfully this past week at the FMEA conference in Tampa! Their All-State concerts were wonderful. Thank you to our chaperone crew for helping these students have this experience!

Meet senior Lily Hathaway - Lily is a member of Opus One and an all state chorus selection. She has been featured in NHS Theatre productions and just won the 24’-25’ NHS Student Handbook Design Contest! Lily carries a 4.4 GPA and is headed to FSU to study Statistics. GO EAGLES

Meet this exceptional Eagle - rising junior Rebecca Brough! Rebecca has organized a special new student orientation on 7/30 at 9:00 a.m. to show them the ropes before their upcoming first day at NHS. She will be reaching out to the families of all new enrollees. GO EAGLES 🦅
