Multiple whistleblowers accused Project Chimps of unsanitary living conditions for chimpanzees. To raise awareness they put up a billboard in Fannin County, Georgia.

It shouldn't take activists pleading for better conditions at Project Chimps for chimps to receive the retirement they deserve. It's the responsibility of PC's leadership and Humane World for Animals to invest their resources in providing high-quality care, including daily habitat access.

Neal deserved a sanctuary retirement where he received comprehensive medical care, an individualized diet, and daily outdoor habitat access. #ProjectChimps didn’t provide any of this. #ChimpsDeserveBetter
