Cocktail inspiration from the fabulous Lime Wood & Herb House . 'Living on a Pear': 50ml Chilgrove, 25ml lemon, 25ml spiced pear syrup, 10ml gomme, miracle foamer. Mix, dry shake then add ice and shake well. Double strain, garnish with star anise 🍸
