On 27 August 2015: The Story of Kullervo is published, edited by Verlyn Flieger. Written by J.R.R. Tolkien in 1914, it was his own reworking of part of the Finnish saga Kalevala. The story is significant as it provided the basis for the tragic hero Túrin Turambar.
