It's Showcase Sunday! Our highlight today is Bread Together, Chester. Bread Together is a grassroots co-operative who have not only been baking bread for over ten years, but also host regular community baking sessions and workshops.

🩷🩷We miss Kevin. He was a kind & thoughtful person, & a baker of the most perfect soft white rolls. He also had an incredible singing voice, last heard at our xmas party as he sang along with the Townhouse Singers. 🩷🩷

What a treat to pop by to the Chester Fair Trade spring fair at the Wesley Centre over the weekend. My delicious purchases, featuring cardamom buns made by Bread Together, a Chester cooperative.
