I love this! I find done lists really helpful too, but I often forget that. Gonna start one for the kitchen today.

Making task lists helps me except when it doesn't cos I get overwhelmed by huge lists. Can't remember where I saw this but making lists of 7 has been helping loads. Just a 7 item list. (Sometimes do brain dump first.) & I get to choose what I want to do first/next from the 7.
