i may be the last person to find out about this, but highly recommend the 'send to kindle' chrome extension if you have a kindle. total game changer for reading online content, and it also works for x articles.

the best part about ai moving so fast is that it made january feel longgg for once. a year happened in a month. 2025 was ages ago. leaning in is the new lifemaxxing 😂

a TON happened in ai this month. had a great convo with amirmxt breaking down the stuff worth paying attention to. worth a watch ↓

if you use claude code, it's worth taking a few mins to set up qmd. --- what's qmd: - qmd is a local search engine for .md files + other docs - works like Google but for your files - keyword + semantic/intent-based search - can save tokens and time by finding context quicker -

we're at the point where you can see a post about what someone built with claude code, copy it, paste it, and claude rebuilds and customizes their system for you. leverage is browsing x for what's possible, but also staying disciplined enough to not chase everything.

the way we've trained people to work for the last 15+ years is about to stop working. saas tools taught us to operate within fixed constraints (buttons, menus, preset workflows...), so we got good at executing tasks within boundaries someone else defined. ai is blowing that up.

similar to prompt engineering, if you find a skill online that gets good results ask ai to break down what makes its structure work. look for things like validation steps, output ranking, human review steps, refinement loops... then use that structure to build your own skill

ai will take jobs AND it'll take the best employees too. top performers rose because of curiosity and agency. those same traits make people great at ai. when an org moves too slow or has too many roadblocks, they'll be forced to act: (1) upskill + find another role: ai = #1

Riley (@chasing_next) 's Twitter Profile Photo

wild that if you see a good idea on x, you can copy the post and have it running in 5 mins. i'm constantly finding little gains on here that improve my setup. if you see something you like, better to feed it to ai in that moment than let it die in bookmarks.

a subtle reason ai transformation fails: employees are told to use ai, but not told what to STOP doing to make time for it. good ai use takes set up, but employees don't have time to build & experiment when they are in deadline mode. managers must adjust priorities & due dates

teaching ai is less about being prescriptive and more about giving people enough info to come up with their own solutions. inspire what's possible, not exactly how to do things.

talking to people in corporate, it's clear that orgs aren't giving employees sufficient training or growth opportunities... top performers know upskilling is important, so they are left to do it on their own: - paying out of pocket for training - eager to learn how to stay

no joke, my claude outputs have gotten a HUGE upgrade since using this meta-skill builder. it's one-upping the default skill-builder tool by a mile. (1) create advanced production-grade skills (2) audit & improve existing skills details & download link here:

i don't care if content is ai written if it helps me grow. cool that ai is letting people communicate ideas that would otherwise stay hidden.
