The best way to avoid burnout is to not feel guilty when resting! So taking a few minutes off, closing your eyes, and taking a deep breathe is okay. We're human after all :))

As a young woman who wants to feel both the rewards of a thriving career and the joy of building a family in the future, it’s so hard to plan ahead😭 Like, “I wanna have a kid by this age, but I also want to do post-grad at that age, is that possible?” how do you make them fit?
