A special day, with a lot of hard work paying off for nothing more than incredible team deserves ❤️

The growth of women’s football, and Exeter City Women FC is huge. In 2021 we played Argyle in front of 1,381 which was larger than Chelsea got in the Champions League that week. Chelsea now get thousands at Stamford Bridge, and #ECFC are matching WSL attendances. Staggering 👏

We’ve seen a lot of speculation about our roles at the club! There will be some changes to roles and responsibilities due to the evolving nature of football - covering the men’s and women’s teams - rest assured we aren’t being forced out or to take a pay cut! #ECFC

Odd how life works sometimes, I played with Georgie as a kid and have now interviewed her for the her final time as a footballer ❤️ Her story is unique and very City, and about how sometimes you just have to listen to your body 🧠 #ECFC

Working for the club I love has been the privilege of my life, but I’ve decided to move on. I’ve been involved in media at City since I was 13 so stepping away will feel a bit surreal, but it’s time to try something different. Will miss you all ❤️ Lived it. Loved it. #ecfc.
