A good client relationship doesn’t equal security. You must be prepared for a long term client to implode unexpectedly by their own doing. Never get too comfortable. A client’s personal life, partnerships, or performance can have a ripple effect through their supply chain.

Don't make a client feel uncomfortable. How you communicate matters. If you think they need to move faster on decisions and actions, are unwilling to take risks, etc. Just chill out. Your role isn’t to judge; it’s to guide.

Action yields results, not paralysis by analysis. Results from an ad campaign come from running the ad campaign, not overthinking the campaign without launch. The first campaign results may just be data for decision-making and the next steps, not the campaign objective yet.
