If a bank was the most popular and safest in town, with large deposits those running it would be applauded. When the state is the safest place to save and lots of people want to give it money those in charge of it panic and call the deposits the national debt. Why?

Well - it turns out that the aircon in a brand new GWR @HitachiRailEU train cant cope when the carriage is standing room only, so it’s now a standing room only sauna.
