Thanks to all of my BCHM 536 students who attended ~90% of my lectures this year. It was great having you in class MWF at 9:30am for the entire semester. Thanks too for coming to my 2022 'Attendance' party at the Casa de Mesecar!

Still seems like it was just last week, which means it was an awesome 2022 Hitchhiker's Symposium! Kudos to the entire organizing committee, but in particular to our Chair Mackenzie Chapman. The workshops led by our T32 trainers on Day 1 were an inspirational addition!

Encouraging when your past undergraduate mentee sends you a photo in her first week of graduate school University of Iowa. Especially when wearing a HitchHiker shirt!

So glad we got a photo at our wedding with all our amazing colleagues and fellow Boilermakers that have become great friends over the years. Thankful for all their support!

It may not be my best effort but folks do like the candy. There sure are a lot of future biophysics post docs looking for a home. I tell them to go to a place that has a great T32 program! It at least means we are funded, have great labs, and are serious about training.
