I can hardly believe my ears that he's no longer with us! One of the wealthiest figures in the UK - Lord Swaraj Paul. I had an in-depth conversation with him at his residence, London a few weeks ago, with his high interests in Nepal. This was prior to his recent India trip. RIP!

In 1978, Mr. Martin Blakstad undertook a remarkable journey by road, traveling from the UK to Nepal in his vehicle. He is now interested in knowing if his vehicle is intact in Nepal. That vehicle was donated to the Paropkar Sangh. I encouraged him to write a book in his saga.

What a delightful union with former Ambassador Prof Novel Kishor Rai! He represented our cherished country, Nepal as Ambassador to Germany, from 1995-2000. It was an opportune time to get insights from his extensive experiences in diplomatic as well as academic fields.

An outstanding program at our Embassy! Transformative changes happening subtly at the grassroots were visualized. Pukar Malla PhD, educated at Harvard and Cornell, later dedicated 18 yrs of his life to serving in Nepal, was the featured speaker. Gave inspirational messages!

A fruitful rendezvous with the Kyrgyz Ambassador in London. Had a long conversation regarding global affairs, the wavy highs & lows, as well as the concerns of our countries. The venue was a stunning heritage club aged 206 yrs, located in London! Thank you, HE Mr Ulan Djusupov!

Today I met with Nepal’s Ambassador to the UK, Chandra Kumar Ghimire. I expressed solidarity with the people of Nepal and reaffirmed our shared commitment to peace and progress. We also discussed strengthening UK–Nepal ties in trade, skills and community. 🇬🇧🇳🇵

Had the honor of meeting HE Mr Tore Hattrem, the Norwegian Ambassador to the UK, in London. During Nepal's peace process, he played a significant role while he was at his HQ, Oslo. During the meeting, we held a productive discussion that enhanced our mutual understanding.

A gala evening in London, brimming with extraordinary love and dedication towards the dev & prosperity of Nepal, organized to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Everest summit from the south-west face. The main highlight was Mr Chris Bonington, who led the summit in 1975.
