All quiet on the western front, I’ve been closed up for nearly 6 weeks now. I’m a parent home schooling my kids, so unlikely to be back until they’re back at school.

Still working away tonight catching up on paperwork. A good hour or two to go yet! Golf on the tv, glass of wine on the go. Long day but needs must. Customary box of materials taking up too much room in the corner too

One post a year lately! 🤦🏼‍♂️Have been cracking on nicely with a big rewire today, bundle of lights to go up local to home at a job tomorrow, then a few days of with the family

Started at the bottom and worked our way up as this 5 bed house was getting extended out the back and upwards, nearly finished the first fix, just the 3-400 points to second fix coming up soon

Take note, now this is the right sort of time of year to be working in a garden rather than in the depths of winter!

Few pics of some of the jobs this week. Dropped in on a big 7 bed rewire that’s almost ready to go, fitted some 600 x 600 LED lights at a cricket club and moved a few sockets to move accessible positions for a customer also.

It doesn’t matter what time of year it is, if I’m working outside it’ll almost certainly rain!

I’m confident we’re going to smash that target of yours for defib installs this year!

There’s definitely some irony in fitting this defibrillator on a funeral directors, but it’s in a great location to help the people of Sutton if it’s ever needed in an emergency.

Two more defibrillators and bleed control kits installed and emergency ready today in Sutton, working with our wonderful electrician, Paul from Chalmers Electrical - with thanks to the businesses involved for allowing us to use their walls for the safety of the whole community 🤍

To ensure our local, community club are emergency safe 24/7, Sutton United now have 4 defibrillators across Gander Green Lane. One on the side of the club shop; accessible 24/7, one in the home fan zone, 1 in the main building and 1 in the adjoining park near turnstiles 9 &10

I'm so proud of this - Sutton United are the blueprint for how every sports facility should be run. Next step - training ALL staff in how to recognise the signs of a cardiac arrest and how to save lives. All installations provided by our wonderful electrician, Chalmers Electrical 💛🤍
