Vaheguru! In view of the #sikh ban on social media yesterday, here is a video to again talk about history. Because the more we are oppressed, the more awareness we will raise and the louder we will talk. #alllivesmatter #neverforget1984 #10daysofterror #justiceforsikhs

29 year old Manjeet Singh didn’t think twice before jumping into the Kings River Wednesday night when three kids were swept away. But he drowned trying to save their lives. One of the kids- an 8 yr old was underwater for 15 mins and is now on life support. The others made it out.

UK politics in the last 72 hours: 1 - 3 innocent UK Sikh’s arrested to be extradited to India 2 - UK Govt cancels appointment of a new Sikh in the lords (because he is ‘anti India’) 3 - UK Govt ignores pleas of UK Sikh’s for the Kisaan protests in India! All ofc unrelated🤷‍♂️

In what world is this acceptable? It’s the Police that’s brutally beating a single protester! Shame on India & Shame on those who remain silent in their condemnation. #FarmersProtest #SikhLivesMatter #StopPoliceBrutality India in the UK Human Rights at FCDO Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office UN Human Rights

The unfolding events in India are troubling. As a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, I am closely monitoring the situation. The right to peaceful protest must always be respected. #FarmersProtest
