Happy Mother’s Day to this incredible woman. We are all very lucky to have you in our lives!

I spent a lot of time in this place growing up.

Big weekend around here. Scarlett swam her first AAA time, qualifying for Zones in the 50 free. Liam swam his first 1500 and just missed a AAA time. And Maddox Blount took a selfie with a tornado!

It was a cold and rainy morning, but Liam and Scarlett enjoyed performing at the Memorial Day ceremony at Fayetteville National Cemetery.

We are so back.

Congratulations to my fellow admiral. We stand ready to defend the state against Iowa at a moment’s notice.

Fighting the wind and rain this morning, Liam channeled his inner Katie Ledecky and swam a AAA qualifying time in the 1500!

Looking for some advice on how to spend July 4th with the kids in Austin. Any thoughts?

Today we dropped off Liam and Scarlett at Longhorn Swim Camp. While it pains me to do anything at the University of Texas, they’re still very excited!

Drove from Dallas to San Antonio yesterday. In less than 4 hours I was able to be in ACC territory, Big 12 territory, SEC territory, and Pac-12 territory.

Looks like the hotel pool won’t be an option.
