Watched this happen 10+ times: - company hires new COO - COO immediately does 3PL RFP - negotiates hard, covers their salary - spends next year moving - turns out cheapest 3PL sucks - nothing gets done in ops, now fulfillment needs moving again - COO fired

The new 3PL doesn’t even have to suck. We’ve received clients this way. The point is, is saving money or changing your 3PL the most meaningful improvement to ops or is your COO immediately in self preservation mode?
