Join us for S.O.A.P Up South Jersey, a Save Our Adolescents from Prostitution event featuring S.O.A.P. founder and trafficking survivor Theresa Flores. This is an in-person event, Saturday, Sept. 18 from 10am-1 pm at Stagecoach Road Christian Fellowship.

As Nov. is Native American Heritage Month, it's important to shed light on equity injustices. According to VAWNet: "American Indians are 2.5 times more likely to experience sexual assault crimes compared to all other races; 34% of women report being raped in their lifetime."

Traffickers will often tattoo/brand victims as a power move to claim ownership. Human beings aren't for sale. Barcodes are a common tattoo, but names and brands are also an indicator and when coupled with other signs are a red flag for identifying a survivor of trafficking. #htam
