Its interesting that these studios are trying to keep appearances up by doing to all these conventions and hosting portfolio reviews, knowing they are not hiring for anything. The people who are in the industry aren't even being hired. What chance does a recent grad have?

Black creators, especially in animation, deserve so much more.

We went backwards within black representation in animated shows. Why did we have more representation back then than we do now😭 God forbid I yearn for an ALL BLACK animated show like the Boondocks and Proud Family etc.. But I digress 🙃
