20 years ago I started my PhD. We blended it many years later into JP Wiser’s Dissertation. I kept the cracked bungs from the drain as a reminder of how special the whisky was. The strength is 46.1%. The same as the molecular wt of ethanol. #canadianwhisky #whisky
