That's dumb. Even if some (important!) thresholds have been passed, we're still impacting the climate more and need to make decisions about how to manage that impact.

I still don't understand this decision. Maybe it makes sense as a step towards the UK having operationally independent air-launched nuclear capability. But, if that's the goal, they're staying mum about it. Otherwise? Just, why?
