Dr. Bireete Sarah .Dr. Bireete Sarah noted that IPOD was registered around 2017 , as a Company Limited by Guarantee and later got its certificate as an NGO so as Parliament sat to legislate for political parties to receive funding from tax payers,they should be members of IPOD. #UgandaDecides2026
